Your Role:

As an Auto Body Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on damaged vehicle body parts in line with company standards, safety procedures, and time expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate vehicle damage and plan repairs in accordance with established procedures

  • Communicate with management and team members throughout the repair process

  • Identify and escalate any issues that may affect repair quality or timelines

  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working order

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

  • Wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines

  • Support fellow technicians with repair and prep tasks as needed

  • Stay current on local, state, and federal regulations, including hazardous waste disposal


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in collision repair

  • Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques and materials

  • Ability to remove and replace damaged vehicle components

  • Capable of lifting 35+ pounds regularly and occasionally 70+ pounds

  • Physically agile with the ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


Preferred Certifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • I-CAR and/or ASE Certification
